I ordered an adapter ring from eBay UK that allows me to mount my 50mm f/1.8 Nikkor in reverse. I still cannot afford a proper macro lens, but this trick will work well enough for now.

Week 13

This was shot by holding my 50mm f/1.8 Nikkor reversed in front of the lens mount. Not a proper macro lens, but it works.

Week 12

First post with the new Nikon. As I do not have a macro lens yet this is not as close as I usually like to be.
